Pleat Boutique cannot be responsible for unanticipated delivery delays. Please email hello@pleat-boutique.com if you order experiences a delay and we will do our very best to help.

When your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping conformation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.

Changes/ Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to hello@pleat-boutique.com. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. We will try to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled or modified. 

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your purchase from Pleat Boutique.

You can return items to us for a full refund or exchange, providing the goods are returned unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • For UK ONLY returns have a cost of £2.95 that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • For outside of the UK the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

All customer returns will undergo a thorough inspection, if an item(s) is in a none saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse them. We ship any such item(s) back to the customer. Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases.

Our returns policy

  • All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • When trying on clothing please do not wear any deodorant, makeup, tan or perfume that may leave a mark or scent.
  • Don’t forget that bodysuits should be tried on over underwear.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
  • Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect the customer statutory rights relating to cancelling an order or returning faulty or unwanted item(s) under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations. Further details on customer statutory rights can be found at the local trading standard department or citizens advice bureau.
