Should you change your mind and wish to return or exchange a product, you should request your return here

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your purchase.

You will be required to print the return details and mail the product back via tracked delivery service at your own expense. If you are exchanging, we will only send the new product once we have received your return. If we do not receive your return within the 14 days, you will only be allowed to exchange, or be offered a credit note.

You are required to take good care of the product whilst in your possession and return it in the original packaging, in the condition you received it and in a saleable condition.

Loss or damage in transit of returned product is your responsibility. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service and take out product protection for items of high value. If products are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to charge you or not refund the related amounts.

All customer returns will undergo a thorough inspection, if an item(s) is in a none saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse them. We ship any such item(s) back to the customer. Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases.

  • All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • When trying on clothing please do not wear any deodorant, makeup, tan or perfume that may leave a mark or scent.
  • Don’t forget that bodysuits should be tried on over underwear.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
  • Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
