Customs, Duties and Local Taxation
Customers outside the UK may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary from country to country so we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. Pleat Boutique will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

Pleat Boutique cannot be responsible for unanticipated delivery delays. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you order experiences a delay and we will do our very best to help.
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping conformation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. We will try to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled or modified.
Should you change your mind and wish to return or exchange a product, you should request your return here
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your purchase.
You will be required to print the return details and mail the product back via tracked delivery service at your own expense. If you are exchanging, we will only send the new product once we have received your return. If we do not receive your return within the 14 days, you will only be allowed to exchange, or be offered a credit note.
You are required to take good care of the product whilst in your possession and return it in the original packaging, in the condition you received it and in a saleable condition.
Loss or damage in transit of returned product is your responsibility. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service and take out product protection for items of high value. If products are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to charge you or not refund the related amounts.
All customer returns will undergo a thorough inspection, if an item(s) is in a none saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse them. We ship any such item(s) back to the customer. Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases.
- All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- When trying on clothing please do not wear any deodorant, makeup, tan or perfume that may leave a mark or scent.
- Don’t forget that bodysuits should be tried on over underwear.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
- Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
